If you do not see the results you were expecting from our training program, we will work with you to continue the training until the goals are met. Our goal is to ensure you and your dog are completely satisfied with the outcome of our training sessions.If, for any reason, you feel that the training is not effective or meeting your expectations, please contact us directly. We will make every effort to address any concerns and provide additional support to meet your needs.

 

2. No RefundsDue to the nature of our services, which involve personalized training sessions and time dedicated to you and your dog, we do not provide refunds once a service has been booked or completed.However, as stated above, if you're not satisfied with the results of the training, we are committed to helping you achieve the desired results, at no extra cost.

 

3. Cancellations and ReschedulingIf you need to cancel or reschedule a training session, we require at least [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 24 hours] notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a forfeited session.In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, you will not be refunded, but we will work with you to reschedule the session based on availability.
